3. Payment on-site

Please submit your registration form in advance and make the payment on site.


ATTENTION:

1. Attendee's registration fee will only cover the conference materials, coffee/tea break, lunch and dinner.

2. For Bank Transfer, please indicate "your full name + CMIC 2018" on the remarks of the remittance for our identification. Also please identify the number of remitters if there are more than one remitter.

3. A electronic receipt will be sent via email immediately once your online payment made by credit card or Paypal was received. Please save your receipt and print it for your reference, information and reimbursements.

4. Invoice is available only for payment made by bank transfer. Please send the photocopy of remittance advice via eamil and indicate full name, invoice title, and the number of invoice needed if there are more than one remitter.
